Came here attracted by the atmosphere and delicious looking breaky sandwiches. Love how the owner decorated the place. Feels cozy and relaxed, like a Saturday breaky should be. A nice gem downtown New Brunswick. Unfortunately, the flavors of the sandwich not as sassy as the decor. They taste good, just don't have the extra spice that would differentiate it and match the style and atmo the shop creates.
Stopped by for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Had a plain bagel with cream cheese, an everything bagel, and a lavender oat milk latte. The bagels were fresh, soft, and nicely chewy, and the latte was smooth with a subtle lavender flavor. The place had a cozy, relaxed vibe with friendly staff and quick service. Definitely a great spot for breakfast or a coffee break.
Usually very packed with college students, also probably employ college students. The atmosphere is usually very busy and bustling.
Service is not terrific, they will get your orders wrong, mishear you or bring it out non to-go when you ask to quite often. Food is hit or miss depending on who is cooking, I'd go here but, it's a risk
