I have been here a total of 3 times in the last month & they have messed up my order every time… either the wrong order completely or missing items… add that to the usual lunch hour wait & yes… they need to improve the customer experience..
Found this restaurant by happy accident and absolutely loved it - by far the best Nashville hot chicken I've had outside Nashville itself! Enormous cuts of tender crispy chicken, real fresh-cut pickle slices, perfect curly fries (not overly salty, like most places) and of course perfect Nashville sauce. The "hot" level had the right amount of real heat. Staff were also extremely friendly and have a genuine love for the cuisine. We wound up buying extra sandwiches to take home.

SMASHVILLE Hot Chicken & Burgers features a limited but fantastic menu, offering solid, greasy food and attentive counter service. Customers particularly enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich, original and cajun fries, as well as the thick milkshakes, although the spice level may vary. The staff is friendly and the food usually arrives quickly, with ample seating available upstairs. The loaded fries are a long-time favorite, always served with great sauce, tender chicken, and pickles. The chicken sandwich is also highly praised for its juicy, flavorful patty and soft bun. Despite some minor issues like the absence of Mexican Coke and a slightly disorganized storefront, it remains a top spot for hot chicken lovers. Many customers drive an hour or more just to enjoy their meals, emphasizing the consistent quality and deliciousness of the food.
