Based on the reviews, Karpollo serves wonderful and amazing food that is very fresh, as if just brought in. The sauce is great, and the chicken is delicious. Portions are very good. However, the service has been lacking lately. The wait time is a bit long, and there have been multiple instances where orders were forgotten after a long wait, including for appetizers and sodas. The staff lacks friendliness, and the place is not pretty, comfortable, or clean. Parking is not easy to find and risks a parking ticket. Despite the slow service, the quality of the food makes it worth the wait for some, though others find the food not that delicious but edible.
