This place is a big “meh”. The empanadas i got from here were ok but not the best. However, all of the other food in this restaurant does look delicious and good, but i’ve never gotten to try it. They also have a wide variety of empanada flavors available, but didn’t taste the best to me. Come here if you’d like a nice latino dinner, just know the empanadas aren’t that good.
Food is really good and there is a large variety of it to choose from. the only thing that I didn't care for was the fried chicken.. a little too much coating.. but otherwise the portions are plentiful and the food is very good...The bar jumps on the weekend (never been)..but is very lively on the weekend..
It's just okay. Sometimes it's great, others is just not good at all. The consistency is lacking. One day I can go in and get great promot service and great food, the next I can be ignored by the servers and the food is inedible. Is honestly not worth it to even try to eat here, it feels like they're always sometimes creepy uncle staring at you from the corner. There are better Dominican restaurants in newark to bother coming here 🤷♀️
