Ellie’s Bistro is a charming Italian spot in Newark with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a menu full of comforting classics. The pasta was flavorful and cooked just right, while the service was friendly and attentive. Portions were satisfying, and everything arrived fresh and beautifully presented. A lovely choice for a relaxed meal.

Small place that can be loud and crowded, but fun! Great place to warm up before a game or show at the Rock! Matt is a great host and very personable! Food is very good. Try the meatballs!!

Excellent food.. used to be favorite lunch spot but now they've increased their prices and no lunch specials anymore unfortunately. Would highly recommend though for good food! Super delicious. The chicken and eggplant parm sandwiches have been myself and coworker favorites for years until the recent price hike. Hard to justify 18 bucks for a eggplant parm sandwich. Now it'll be a once every month or two spot not weekly like it used to be.. but it is so damn good!! Can't...
