I have been to the Manhattan location multiple times but the bagels here at the airport are not the same. I ordered a whole wheat with light scallion cream cheese. Bagel was not soft at all, Rubbery and pretty bad. They were out of multigrain at 8:30 am which is the one I wanted. Go elsewhere as this location did not live up to the reputation.
I had such a great experience at Ess-a-Bagel! The food was made super fast and you could tell everything was really fresh. My order was prepared quickly without feeling rushed, and it came out perfect.

Now this is a Bagel! First time coming while waiting for my flight and can I just say wow! Bagel was so fresh, they were not stingy with the cream cheese at ALL. Service was great and quick. A lady named Brisa or Breesa im not quite sure how to spell it, she was super sweet and professional. Will be coming here on my flight back!!
