Great service by Miranda our waitress. Tasty food and cleanliness of a high standard.
Garden State Diner had two listed vegan options, which is better than other establishments at EWR airport. I went with the veggie wrap, which was a good breakfast option.

Currently have a couple of vegan options, both labeled in the menu: a veggie wrap and the happy cow burger. Had the burger, simple but delicious.
