Got a #17 Classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was great. Bread was nicely grilled and the cheese, sweet onions and beef weren't overcooked. The one employee handling the payments tried to charge me for two different sandwiches even though I told her I only ordered one and my hands were clearly empty. She was annoyed and then asked the other employee grilling my sandwich to confirm. The 4 other employees were fine and did their job without any fuss. Wait time is about...
The service was excellent. Also, the bread was good, but my sandwich could have used more sauce. It felt a bit dry because there wasn’t enough. My husband’s sandwich was very delicious.

Make sure you get a receipt. I was charged $30 for a $10 sandwich.
Probably a mixup because the place is super busy and the employees are juggling 5 different things all at the same time.
