Got a #17 Classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was great. Bread was nicely grilled and the cheese, sweet onions and beef weren't overcooked. The one employee handling the payments tried to charge me for two different sandwiches even though I told her I only ordered one and my hands were clearly empty. She was annoyed and then asked the other employee grilling my sandwich to confirm. The 4 other employees were fine and did their job without any fuss. Wait time is about 20-30...read full review
This review is regarding the service. The young lady at register had a poor attitude, making comments about customers in line, people passing, and other employees. Another employee even called her out on it. We can all hear this, it’s unprofessional.

Slow, rude service, out of ingredients and poor drink selection. Was out of mini bread so made me take a regular size but did not offer to honour the price of the mini
