Portuguese style restaurant specialized in grilled meats. Service was friendly, they have high chairs. Food was tasty and portions were generous (the combo can fees at least 2 people).
Chicken was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I'm not personally a fan of ribs in general, but I did try a bit here and the flavor was great. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the side of fried onions should not be missed.
I thought the garlic shrimp appetizer was good, but I probably would try something different next time.
The roast (or was it fried?) whole potatoes at the table next to us looked really good, too.

You know the food is good if it’s always crowded. I love the quarter chicken with rice and beans for $10.00 believe me that right there feed hubby niece and myself NO JOKE. I loves me some McWhorter Barbecue
