Stopped by for lunch & had the chicken rice bowl. It was so delicious that I grabbed another before heading to the airport for my flight home. Definitely stop by if in the area. You'll be delighted.
Amazing ramen bowls, with rich and savory broth. Don’t underestimate the classic ramen. All are great and taste authentic. The marinated mushrooms were delightful in the ramen, too. I could drink the broth alone and feel sated. Noodles are cooked and separated from broth so they don’t soak too long if you’re taking out.
Went to Mokbar in Newark, NJ today. Got the bulgogi bowl with noodles. Huge portion size for $18. Came with daikon, sauce, egg that had an exploding hot yolk and other stuff you'd think would blow you away.
Sadly, I found the taste very different from authentic Korean cuisine. Flavors clashed. Wouldn't get it again.
