Their service online menu was out of order, they can’t take cash or cards, how am I supposed to order anything? Waste of time, management either doesn’t know or doesn’t care. Needs 0/5 stars for this joke
Horrible service. Every worker looks miserable. Asked for water and after the 4th attempt got up and walked over to counter and finally got my water from another miserable looking employee. These guys need to learn the definition of Hospitality. But then again they manage most if not all restaurants in Newark airport and to boot you have to tip up front when order is placed. Not good!

I ate at Riviera at EWR Terminal C. I had the Croque Monsieur for almost $18. It was pretty bad. The bread wasn’t grilled although the cheese was melty-like. Weird. The bread crust was hard and tough, even as the bread was soft and gummy. I cut the crust off.But I have to say they refunded by money. An email came about an hour later with a full refund.
