First time eating from this place. First impression is that they are overpriced. I ordered 4 shrimp 2 PC catfish and fries $26. Then my fish was falling apart not cooked hard enough. They were extremely generous with the fries. The shrimp slightly overcooked.

The cat fish sandwiches are to die for, however; the cat fish nuggets are even better...
It does not matter when you order them they are ALWAYS fresh!
The other food items are just as delicious...
The young man who cooks the food is mannererable, humbled, and kind. The young lady who takes the food orders are patient, kind, and humbled.
The atmosphere is less than desirable, but the food is definitely chefs' kiss!

I love close to the south orange ave location but I rather drive alil further for good food. I should have took a Pic 📸 of Lyons ave mac & cheese 🧀 it was delicious ITS GONE I forgot to take a photo 📸 ps. I'm also a chef at a close by carribean restaurant so Lyons ave keep up the great work 👍🏾
