I am gushing over the meal we had here. From amazing craft cocktails to an unforgettable dinner. Raphael, Julia, and Louis spoiled us. The cocktails were in fun glasses and were light and flavorful. A wonderful Portuguese/Brazilian/American fusion cuisine restaurant. A unique dining experience with music and exceptional service. Orlando, the restaurant owner, is a true gentleman; genial and always welcoming. The menu provides unbelievable fare, Saturday especially with feijoada, traditional Brazilian rice and beans experience. I truly wonderful restaurant in our renaissance city of Newark, New Jersey. An unexpected gem. Enjoy.
After arriving at Newark Airport around lunchtime, we decided to visit the nearby historic Ironbound District for some Portuguese food. Based on the reviews, we decided to try Sabor Unido and we're really glad we did.
