They will ask your name but then just put anything they want. If you don't understand it, why don't you ask us to spell?
Then you keep waiting to be called and of course it's not your name, so you just keep waiting, and waiting...
Until you ask them and they act like they're doing you a favor to help when it's their mistake.

don't come here when its busy, employees are nice but when it gets busy they make the drinks bad. If your a student at Rutgers I recommend going to the Starbucks at the business school; much cleaner and tastier food. Im so upset because i paid 7 dollars for matcha that tastes like milk and rotten banana cold foam.
