Bad customer service. I bought a DDS Frog espresso coffee machine for $400 November 2023 from a Steve from this company. After 10 months the water pump broke. Took several calls to finally get a new pump which cost $65 to get delivered. 8 months later this new pump broke. We use this machine to make no more than 3 -4 cups a day. It is not abused. Been trying to call. Finally got Steve on phone and he would look into this matter. It's been almost a month and he has not gotten...read full review
