Based on reviews, Asian Fusion and Sushi is a new favorite sushi spot in New Jersey. The fish is always incredibly fresh, and every roll is absolutely delicious. The sauce that comes with the scallion pancakes is really good. The crispy rice and fancy roll are highly recommended. The food is full of flavor and beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The restaurant is very clean. The service is consistently outstanding, friendly, and attentive. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the manager is always kind and professional. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming. It is hands down the best Asian dining experience in the area, a rare find that pairs authentic, punchy flavors with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, making it a definitive five-star standout.
