there was a staff lady working tonight with horrible quality of attitude and disgust
she was super aggressive and argumentative
i placed an order & asked for three tacos
she only gave me one… when i asked where’s the rest she gave me a nasty attitude and told me if i wanted more i have to go around
when i looked at my order i asked for a customized order for my crunchwrap and she gave me the regular one and upcharged me anyways
I’ve been going to this Taco Bell since it opened since I live like 2 blocks away. But holy, this place has gone downhill. The food quality is about the same but the wait times are RIDICULOUS.
I have no idea if the staff is all new, or if the owner is cheap and decided to run a skeleton crew, but there’s no reason to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes when there’s only 6 cars there. It’s crazy.

This is one of the few Taco Bells where the food actually looks like the picture and they don't skimp on the protein. The staff working the drive thru late at night are really nice and considerate.
