“Very welcoming! Our server Abby was wonderful! We ordered potato jackets as an appetizer and they were the best potato skins we have ever had!! The pork chop could not be more flavorful A great menu choice! Linguine with white clam sauce was so wonderful loaded with fresh clams! Always have to order dessert and the coconut ball was an excellent finish! Can't wait until our next trip to Cape May to return to this gem!“

“We had dinner here with our young children and the food was great! The outdoor set up was so nice, TVs and corn hole, would be a great spot for a group thang and have some beers and good space if you have young kids who need to get up and move!“

“I visited The Star Beach Bar yesterday for an ice cold drink— service was great and drinks were tasty HOWEVER for a resort of this caliber I think an investment in better speakers or a sound system is much needed. I heard a few other patrons say the same thing. I believe an improvement would boost the vibe out there 😊🎵🎶“

“We stayed here from Aug 30-Sept 1 2024. Absolutely an amazing stay. I would say this hotel is not one you stay in if you’re there for a whole week and expect to live in your room but for us it was everything we needed at a fantastic price. The room was clean, comfortable, updated and all around great. The staff, let me tell You how wonderful they are, we needed to check in later they said “okay we got it” no issues, our room was cleaned and refreshed within an hour of us being out the door and back from the store. We asked for a later check out and they had no issue giving us an extra hour. They were beyond accommodating when we needed assistance the day we checked out and even offered to let us use the accommodations they provide for guests. We will be coming back and staying here again.“

“We have dined twice at the Crest tavern since under new ownership.
Food was good. Burgers, cheesesteak, roast beef sandwich all were tasty and good portions. I was hoping they would have added a fish/crab cake sandwich or vegetarian sandwich option. You are pretty much limited to sandwiches with meat unless you get the grilled cheese and remove the included bacon.
Nice selection of cold draft beers including some good IPA’s. Outdoor dining was great on a nice summer night. Our waitress was very pleasant. Small attached liquor store has a decent selection and is convenient. Will definitely be back!“

“We stopped here to grab a quick lunch/dinner before the 6pm ferry. Just wanted a quick and decent good meal. Wow were we impressed! Everything was delicious. Kendra was an amazing efficient server. We told her we were on a time crunch, and she made sure we had time to enjoy our food and not miss the Ferry. Thanks for the exceptional meal and service! We’ll stop by again on our next trip!“
