“GERMAN DONER KEBAB - AN ENLIGHTENMENT If you're from Berlin, it feels like there's a kebab store on every other corner. So I can recognize and judge a kebab when I see it. Even just leaving Berlin and Brandenburg, the kebab experience changes within Germany. The further you get away from Berlin, the worse the kebabs get. Some time ago in New York, I discovered one or two places trying to make a kebab. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find a proper kebab in New York, despite the name kebab. What was being sold was called a kebab, but had very little to do with a kebab and tasted even less like a kebab. All the more enlightenment then... the recommendation of a friend living in Brooklyn. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. And then the first kebab there since 2018 here in New York. I can't even describe how happy I was. It looked like a kebab, it tasted like a kebab and came pretty close to a kebab from Berlin. Really well made. Incl. tax 12.51 dollars is a bit steep, but still good value for New York. The portion was good and filling. Everything is really fresh and well seasoned. The bread was just as it should be, thin and crispy. This was pretty much the best kebab I've had in a very, very long time (with the exception of one visit to Berlin). I will definitely go back there again. GERMAN DONER KEBAB - EINE ERLEUCHTUNG Wenn man aus Berlin kommt, hat man gefühlt an jeder zweiten Ecke einen Dönerladen. Ich kann also einen Döner erkennen und beurteilen, wenn ich ihn sehe. Allein schon Berlin und Brandenburg verlassend wird das mit dem Döner innerhalb von Deutschland anders. Je weiter man sich von Berlin entfernt, desto schlechter werden die Döner. In New York entdeckte ich schon vor einiger Zeit den einen oder anderen Anbieter mit dem Versuch, einen Döner zu machen. Bisher konnte ich leider in New York trotz Bezeichnung Döner keinen ordentlichen Döner entdecken. Das was da verkauft wurde, heißt zwar Döner, hatte mit Döner aber recht wenig zu tun und schmeckte noch viel weniger nach einem Döner. Um so mehr dann die Erleuchtung... die Empfehlung eines Freundes in Brooklyn lebend. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. Und dort dann der erste Döner seit 2018 hier in New York. Ich kann gar nicht beschreiben, wie sehr ich mich gefreut hatte. Es sah aus wie ein Döner, es schmeckte wie ein Döner und kam schon recht nah an einen Döner aus Berlin heran. Richtig gut gemacht. Incl. Tax 12,51 Dollar ist zwar sportlich, aber für New York wiederum preiswert. Die Portion ordentlich und sättigend. Wirklich alles frisch und gut gewürzt. Das Brot genau so wie es sein muss, dünn und knusprig. Also das war seit sehr sehr langer Zeit so ziemlich der beste Döner (mit Ausnahme einem Besuch in Berlin), den ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. “This is by Far the best Fast food restaurant and nonetheless that serves better than all the other restaurants has proven me wrong when I first went to go give their slice a Pizza a try. It is also autonomous, by the way it is properly managed by the crew and provided with a Big screen Cafe experience that offers Variety of food choices at this location which eventually leads to wanting to have dessert for a complimentary Finnish to this portfolio class mechanisms used in this chain- the best in the plaza so I was wrong.“

“We stopped by for a quick bite a couple Saturdays ago. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible. Indian food can be heavy but not this place. The owner and employee were so nice. Even though they were closing he let us sit and eat in the dining area. We had the garbanzo bean rice bowl, chicken tikka wrap and a breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend!!!“

“This McDonalds was very clean and has been modernized. They have an order kiosk, which I did not use, but the food was delivered quickly to my table. The Big Mac was tasty, but maybe a bit too much sauce which made it a little messy. But, overall, about as good a McDonalds experience as you can have.“

“I was in the mood for a couple dogs and never been to this place so no better time to try them. I ordered two all beef dogs one with mustard, sweet red onions, and kraut and one with mustard raw onions and chili. These aren't pushcart dogs they are big beefy boardwalk style dogs, very filling. My only gripe is I wish the chili had a little more kick and I had to deduct a point because they didn't have yoohoo or chocolate milk.“

“My family frequently orders breakfast delivery from Oscars. Their food is delicious with generous portions and delivery is always quick. Our favorites are the French toast, omelettes and Taylor ham cheese and egg sandwich. Their French toast is especially yummy. Better than any other breakfast place I’ve tried. I’ve also ordered lunch, and our favorites are the chicken fingers and turkey burger. The chicken fingers are large and juicy. Their wings are also good.“

Stay away from the mozzarella sticks and you should be fine.“

“This place is a collection of restaurants with variety of food. You can get everything here from Momos, to gol gappas! I always take dosa from Gopal's, their schezwan is best yet. My kids love tandoori chicken and Naan. They have super delicious smoothies. They have a Pan place and a mini sweets shop. Whenever we go to New Jersey, we make sure to come here. The chicken rings reminded me of the chicken fingers at my high school concession stand, which I mean as a very favorable compliment! I also had cheese sliders, fries, and onion rings.

The only thing I don't like about this place is everything is separate a la carte so you can't get a meal like french fries and a drink for three people the bill was $85 which I think is kind of a lot for lunch“
