The parking situation can get a little messy sometimes because of it(they have a small lot) but it’s worth it. “The white castle that's been here for decades went through a remodel during covid times.

Long gone is the window to see them cooking the sliders and the bench tables.

Now it's cut and dry interior of tables and chairs and window seats with a large space in the middle where additional tables could have been placed.

They sell merch: tshirts and caps and some other items.

The menu has expanded a bit more, so you have beef, chicken, fish, impossible to choose from.

“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

“It was Cinco de Mayo and I was looking for a delicious burrito. I placed my order online and arrived a little later than expected. Everything I ordered was waiting for me. The burrito was huge and moist. Maybe a little salty. I also ordered the buffalo chicken cheese quesadilla. It was well spiced and very tasty. The churros were better than the ones I had a few days ago at a very expensive local Mexican restaurant! I will definitely be back. While it was a take out order, it looked clean and organized and the staff was very friendly.“

“Day trip with the girls who have lived in New York and know the difference between frozen store bought burgers and fresh off the press. The service was excellent and knowledgeable. The customer before us had a six hour drive back to wherever and the girls in the back gave her specific instructions and were very kind. As a first timer- I was impressed that someone would drive that many hours- she had 2 big boxes in her hands!

It's truly just mind boggling that with renovations came a nice, much more updated interior and exterior, but a drive thru that still only fits a clown car, and maybe the occasional mini cooper.“

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

“This is a good Mexican Burrito spot in Middletown, good quality food, good service.

I ordered a Make-Your-Own Burrito and it was delicious, reasonably priced too, it all depends on what kind of protein you choose that will determine the overall cost for your order. And the atmosphere of the place was solid to dine in.

The menu has a good variety as well, more so in comparison to Chipotle I have to say.

Overall a good Mexican Burrito/food, spot, I recommend giving it a go if you are in Middletown, Pearl River area. Would order/visit again.“

“The seller was very quick, we had time to go buy some coke in the store and come back and the order was still not ready. He explained to us that the cook had a problem. Ok, we sat down and waited, being very, very hungry. He told us explains that he makes you wait 30 minutes. “Alright, to start off I didn’t have the willpower to take a picture of my Colombian burger before the first bite and by the time I realized what had happened there was nothing but sauce and a fever dream. Bun was good quality, fresh crisp lettuce with a slight snap. Sauce had a good amount but with how perfectly cooked and juicy the burger’s 6 ounces of beef was it didn’t need it. Potato sticks and bacon had a good synergy with the caramelized onions. My order came with fries that were seasoned well and had a nice crisp exterior while not being overcooked. Overall, the symphony of flavors orchestrated at this location is a masterclass in what Colombian street food should be. This is the first Colombian restaurant in the last year that has not left me disappointed in my dining experience. I’m excited to see what flavors I can explore next and what the maestro will have in store.“

“I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.

The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.

The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.“
