“This is by far the best chicken and rice spot in Bergen County and has far surpassed Halal Guys for the freshness, quality, taste, and portions in its platters. I discovered it as a door dasher and their gave it a try and maaaaannnn I was pleasantly suprised. Plus I tried the wings, as a wing aficionados and HOT DAMN, their Buffalo flavored wings are off the chain. They dont do the BS breaded wings so many places do these days. It just buffalo styled wings. I have also tried their shakes - cinnamon toast crunch and it's the 💣diggity. Such a large menu that I need to try more stuff.

We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. “Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

The women’s bathroom is strange because, in every stall, the toilet paper dispenser is placed so that your leg touches the plastic while you’re sitting on the toilet, and you essentially pull the toilet paper into your lap. Clean otherwise!“

“The manager was super helpful. I was trying to order from the app, but it wouldn't let me pay. She tried to help with that, taking her time to assist us. She took our order and even gave us a large milkshake even though we only ordered a medium. The restaurant was clean, and the rest of the staff were helpful. She was a good manager; while we waited for our order, she was teaching her staff how to cook the new menu items in a nice, polite way.“

“Day trip with the girls who have lived in New York and know the difference between frozen store bought burgers and fresh off the press. The service was excellent and knowledgeable. The customer before us had a six hour drive back to wherever and the girls in the back gave her specific instructions and were very kind. As a first timer- I was impressed that someone would drive that many hours- she had 2 big boxes in her hands!

Ordering system with touchscreen super user friendly and easy to pay without human interaction. Sandwiches and burgers made fast and exactly as ordered. Fries were steamy and crispy. “Alright, to start off I didn’t have the willpower to take a picture of my Colombian burger before the first bite and by the time I realized what had happened there was nothing but sauce and a fever dream. Bun was good quality, fresh crisp lettuce with a slight snap. Sauce had a good amount but with how perfectly cooked and juicy the burger’s 6 ounces of beef was it didn’t need it. Potato sticks and bacon had a good synergy with the caramelized onions. My order came with fries that were seasoned well and had a nice crisp exterior while not being overcooked. Overall, the symphony of flavors orchestrated at this location is a masterclass in what Colombian street food should be. This is the first Colombian restaurant in the last year that has not left me disappointed in my dining experience. I’m excited to see what flavors I can explore next and what the maestro will have in store.“

“The first time I stopped recently, on a 85 degree day, the service was great!
I ordered a vanilla ice cream soda; vanilla soda with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The next time I went last Saturday at night the girl didn't have the faintest idea of what vanilla soda was. Finally I got what I wanted but it was annoying. I understand if she was new
But teach her. Otherwise I love their ice cream!“

“Fine food. It's consistently convenient. Customer service is average. MAJOR UPDATES NECESSARY, NOT FOR THE RESTAURANT, BUT FOR THE DRIVE THRU. It's truly just mind boggling that with renovations came a nice, much more updated interior and exterior, but a drive thru that still only fits a clown car, and maybe the occasional mini cooper.“
