The teachers I've had here are all excellent in their sequencing and assisting. The owner, Michael, sets prices of classes and retail accessorries to be affordable for the student and still profitable for the studio.

I love this Yoga Studio! it’s truly the best in North Jersey. don’t waste your time anywhere else! it’s clean, great vibes, and mike and his team are excellent. They treat you like family. highly recommend!
A beautiful studio with infrared heat (super detoxing), an intense and soulful practice with cold eucalyptus towels at the end. Love love love! thank you!
