Just had lupita’s for the first time . Everything was so good i couldn’t believe how generous the portions are . Will be back soon !
First visit tonight, and the food was delicious! When we walked I felt as if we were an open kitchen, which was spotless. My family enjoyed the authentic cuisine, and next time I plan on trying the ribs.
Went for dinner for the first time and will Definitely be back! The food was fantastic, you can taste how fresh the ingredients are and the staff and owners are very friendly.

Lupita's Cocina is a highly recommended restaurant known for its authentic Mexican food. The menu includes dishes like birria tacos, Miguel’s bowl, enchiladas, and fajitas, all made with fresh, homemade ingredients. The tortillas are freshly made to order, and the meat is slow-cooked and tender, offering a taste that reminds many of home comfort food. The food is flavorful, with generous portions at reasonable prices, making it a great value. The restaurant stands out for its passion in preparing authentic dishes, not fast food or Tex-Mex. The staff is friendly and attentive, often remembering regular customers. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, with great hours and convenient location. Customers appreciate the delicious, fresh ingredients and the effort put into each meal, making Lupita’s Cocina a favorite spot for authentic Mexican cuisine in Oakland.
