I recently ordered their salt water taffy for the first time. A snow storm hit and I wasn't sure if my order would arrive on time. Nancy at Shrivers was THE BEST! The customer service was exceptional. She continually monitored the situation. Thankfully it did arrive on time!! Not only is the customer service exemplary, the salt water taffy is the best taffy I have ever eaten!! It's full of flavor and smooth on the palate. Top quality! I received so many compliments!...

Most excellent customer service! My recent order went astray, winding up in Phoenix while on its way from south to central Jersey. Totally on USPS. I reached out to Shriver’s just as an fyi on the poor USPS service and they actually refilled the order, which I received the following day! Totally unexpected. And it’s a great product! I will order again.

Three generations owned gelato and Taffy store. A place on the boardwalk you must stop into. The gelato is presented the same way they do in italy. It's handmade on premises. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable about how it's made.
