I recently ordered their salt water taffy for the first time. A snow storm hit and I wasn't sure if my order would arrive on time. Nancy at Shrivers was THE BEST! The customer service was exceptional. She continually monitored the situation. Thankfully it did arrive on time!! Most excellent customer service! My recent order went astray, winding up in Phoenix while on its way from south to central Jersey. Totally on USPS. I reached out to Shriver’s just as an fyi on the poor USPS service and they actually refilled the order, which I received the following day! Totally unexpected. And it’s a great product! I will order again.
