“I wish you had more than 5 stars. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. I called ahead and got an emphatic “yes” when I asked if they could accommodate my 6 year old granddaughter who has celiac disease. When we got there and to the counter the owners and counter help could not have been nicer, or more knowledgeable. They gave us our options, of which there were plenty. Showed us the ingredient label. Went in the back for a fresh tub and a clean scoop. We were a party of 8 , and besides celiacs we had one diabetic and one who gets anxiety when having to make a choice between so many flavors. They handled it all. And the ice cream was delicious.“

The customer service was exceptional. She continually monitored the situation. Thankfully it did arrive on time!! Not only is the customer service exemplary, the salt water taffy is the best taffy I have ever eaten!! It's full of flavor and smooth on the palate. Top quality! I received so many compliments! You WILL NOT regret purchasing Shrivers Salt Water Taffy for any occasion. I will definitely be purchasing more!“

“We love this place. There are so many ice cream shops around Ocean City, but we always seem to come back here. The ice cream and ices are really good, they have a ton of choices, and it’s a cute little spot close to the boardwalk.

The best part is the people. They’re just genuinely nice and always make us and our kids feel welcome. Our kids get excited to go and they’re always happy to see them too. We’re nearby at The Linda Grande Hotel, so this has definitely become our regular ice cream stop. Great little family friendly place with really good people.“

“I was hurrying off to my car when I was distracted by the largest most wonderful looking macaroons I have ever seen. I have gotten burned falling for candy based on looks elsewhere so I was wary.
I went in and ordered 3. They had chocolate covered but I remained a purist.
The aroma from the bag was unreal. I couldn't resist trying one prior to dinner.

These land on my top 10 things I have ever eaten. In all my travels. Ever.

The tops are perfectly crisp, with crystallized sugar providing a delicate crunch. The centers are soft and crumbly and ever so sweet.

I regret not trying them sooner.

“Homemade ice cream on the Ocean City NJ Boardwalk. You gotta get some! I decided to try the Turtle-licious and it did not disappoint. Chocolate ice cream with carmel & pecans. Hubs had the banana chip which was banana ice cream with chocolate chips. Nice staff and good ice cream.“
