“This restaurant has a fun 80s vibe, right in the middle of Ocean Grove. Such a pleasant surprise to find this fully vegan restaurant and it was popular. I was still full from brunch but I had the tofu "egg" salad on a kaiser bun and chocolate shake. The sandwich was huge, delicious and overflowing with tofu eggy goodness. The shakes are large! I didn't even finish mine, but it was good. My friend is not vegan bit enjoyed her mint chocolate chip shake. I need to visit north Jersey again and try more of their menu. Note that they have a much more extensive ice cream treats menu than the one on the wall! We wished we saw it and would have tried the smoothies if we had known.“

“Have been in a number of times to eat but recently placed a catering order for a birthday party. The owner, Tom, gave me perfect recommendations for how much to order for the number of guests and made ordering, paying + pickup beyond easy (including some extras like rolls, sauces and pickled onions). The food was the talk of the party!! People couldn't stop going back for more and asking where it came from. Will definitely be back again and again!“

Meatballs were amazing. The tomato sauce was so yummy. Mushrooms I would label as vegetarian steak. Beautifully charred. The sausage and peppers pasta dish is my favorite thing on the menu. “Was there after the lunch crowd today 2/1/22. The place was spotless, the restroom was also. Excellent choice of burgers and sandwiches. My wife and I both had burgers and we both agreed they were the best we have had in at least 20 yrs. Grade A meat and the french fries were freshly cut and fried. Can't wait to get back. If you are a movie buff like me you will love the decor. The service was great also.“

“We've been to Flavia's several times and have always enjoyed our experience. The service is fast and attentive and has it has a super cute modern Italian interior. We always try something new each time we go and haven't been disappointed yet. This time, we had the carbonara spaghetti and pesto fettuccine and it was perfectly al dente and delicious! She also suggested and off menu cocktail that was to die for. It had milk or cream in it which i normally don't like but it was YUMMY. Group was so loud and obnoxious all the tables around them couldn’t even enjoy their meals. Management should have been well aware of it as you could easily hear the commotion on the opposite site of the restaurant.“
