SOMEWHAT DULL TASTE ALL FOOD. I've been wanting come try here for a long time. When I finally did, I noticed that the prices are quite high for a small restaurant who probably doesn't specialize on any particular dishes. Soonduboo stew was $19. Ahgoojim was $52. The owner is very kind, and the side dishes and main dishes are tasty without being too salty. From pork cutlet to soft tofu stew, every dish brings back nostalgic memories. I highly recommend this place.
Bapdoduk is hands down the best Korean soul food spot in the Palisades Park area. No fancy interior, no artisanal plates or pretentious touches — just solid (actually, beyond solid) Korean food at approachable prices.
