Beer was not cold enough and the waiter or owner was not that pleasant.little slow and unwilling. But chicken was good

Chimaek is a favorite chicken place in the Palisades Park area. The soy fried chicken and sweet/spicy chicken is so good, and the garlic baked half chicken is a must. The regular tteokbokki is better than a lot of bunsik places on Broad Avenue. The food is great and the prices are affordable. The chicken is delicious with clean oil. This is a hidden gem for late night meals with dive bar vibes. The liquor store is connected so customers can buy alcohol with no extra charge. The service is amazing and the staff is super nice, incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. The owner or manager is friendly and accommodating. The vibes are great and the spot is nice, clean, and super comfy. Chimaek is a go-to spot for quick drinks and snacks. It is highly recommended.
