Overpriced and bad service. They pour soju from the big plastic bottle into a container and make it seem like it’s from the bottle. One of the waiters was talking like he’s from the hood lol. 2 hours for 6ppl was $120 which is pretty high. No service at all. Def won’t be returning here again.

Great place to do private karaoke! Enjoyed my time there Saturday night and was able to get a good sized room for about 1.5 hours. Recommend giving them a call to reserve a room given it can be full esp on the weekends. Luckily, we were able to grab one relatively quickly without having to wait too long.

This is my second time coming to this place. When I went the first time, I remember haveing payed $20 per hour for a room with two people. This time, well the people were nice, the Nutella croffle downgraded from the first time I had it. And I also went with two other friends beside my partner. We ended up paying over $145 for a little over two hours. We saw they charged $40 an hour now. And on top of that, they considered a party of 4 a “large party” so there was like a 18% surcharge on top of charging the per hour. That’s not even counting what we paid separately for food and drinks. The people are nice and all but it was just the pricing that caught me and my partner so off guard.

Amazing place with amazing service! Food was amazing, bubble tea was delicious, had so much fun at karoake, they explained to us how to use it and they took care of us well. We were there for over 2 hours! Will definitely be coming back again soon :)

I have visited a few Karaoke places over the years with private rooms, and I believe this to be the best we have been to so far. The options for songs are unlimited and you have the choice of picking songs karaoke style or with the words being sung in the background (I prefer since it’s hard to follow just the lyrics). Also, staff were very friendly/knowledgeable, and the facility was clean.

I never make reviews but after experiencing such bad service I thought I should warn people. Booked a room for 9pm was told the room was being cleaned to wait 5 mins. Asked again at 9:20 if the room was ready and was told to wait another 5 minutes. At 9:35 the room was ready but when we got in the room we were told that there was no YouTube and a small selection of English music. My friends and I ended up leaving because it was no longer worth it. They overbook their rooms. Don’t come here for karaoke!

I was really disappointed with the Tteokbokki I ordered for delivery through UberEats. The rice cakes were too hard, and for $21, the portion was too small.

I had the pleasure of visiting with my friends tonight for my birthday party. Not only was the staff super friendly and extremely helpful, but my friends and I had a night to remember. The café was clean and the food looked and tasted amazing. As far as the karaoke room went, the space was clean and they had a HUGE selection of music (something I don't see enough reviews talking about because that was a HUGE reason my friends had a great time.) All of my friends and I all had no problem finding music we wanted to sing the staff made it so easy to understand how to setup. I am ABSOLUTELY coming back whenever I get the chance. The prices are fair, the food and drinks are fantastic and this staff is so helpful and friendly. Thank you again Cafe SSUM for a night to remember!
