“Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. “First time dining and had a magnificent experience. the bread and cheese starter was fantastic. chicken parm, spaghetti pomodoro, and paccheri alla bolognese were all 10s (which is not easy to achieve). the bolognese was the sleeper hit. More than anything, the service was the most important highlight. Gray was our server and made sure we had a fantastic night. Her attention to detail and great timing made us feel so welcome and attended to. Highly highly recommend this place, they’re doing everything right. environment is also so beautiful to boot.“

The folks there are already. Be aware, cash only. There is a small parking lot behind the building with a very narrow driveway and an onto Fairmount St, so maybe it's better to come in from that direction.“

We ordered from the special prix fixe menu that had so many great choices, it was hard to choose.
We settled on the scallops over polenta and the spring rolls with teryaki to start, and the panko horseradish flounder and grilled shrimp salad. Desert was the poached pear with raspberry sorbet.

“Had a surprise birthday party here for my sister in law. The staff, including Brianna and Jasmine were fantastic. They were so accommodating with our requests and the service and food were on point! We were able to arrive early to decorate our party area that already looked very nice without our decorations. We picked off their standard party menu but they had no problem tweaking it to our requests. Last minute requests for pasta and butter for kids was no problem. “My wife and I were there for a political function combo meeting and Christmas luncheon. This establishment is super clean, bright, and cozy. The food and wine were delicious. I had chicken parm. Was fantastic. Was batted down thin and breaded and seasoned to perfection. VERY tender, I only had to use my folk to cut. The marinara was fresh semi chunky lite delicious and perfect. The fresh bread came in handy to clean up my plate. My wife has a fresh pasta marinara dish and NO complaints there. Good: clams and mussels in white wine garlic sauce, pan seared scallops with rigatoni
Meh: house salad

The pork Braciole was very unique but the meatballs and gnocchi were a little too soft for it to be perfect.

The clams and mussels were tasty and the sauce was thickened and was delicious on the bread.

The scallops were sliced thinly and ended up being a little overcooked.

Fettuccine Alfredo in my opinion the noodles were too thin to hold up to the thick sauce but it was the favorite of others.“
