“After one of the most stressful days of my life, I have give a shout out to this particular Jersey Mikes store. I’m a mom of three and had been running around ALL day for the sake of my kids. Getting two to before school activities, getting another to a different school on time, getting a call from school for one kid being sick, running errands, going to work, getting kids from bus stops, getting kid from after school program and a slew of other things I’ve blocked out ( you know “Mom stuff”) I decided to treat my littles to a sandwich for a quick dinner. It’s their birthday tomorrow so my daughter proudly wore her birthday crown into the store and proceeded to be her friendly self with the staff. We ordered our subs and went to pay but somewhere in my travels I misplaced my debit card. Embarrassed, I apologized to the staff for my negligence and promised to return for our food after going home to get my card. The 3 staff behind the counter simply smiled at me and slid the bag across the counter to my daughter and said “Happy Birthday”. That has got to be the nicest thing that could have happened today. Thanking them about 5 times and still promising to come back with payment I was told not to worry about it, all was good. Long story short, I climbed into my car with my kids and found my debit card between my car seat. I ran back inside to settle up now that I found my card, they still told me “nope, you’re good ma’am”. I just want to say how grateful I am and how sweet a gesture it was they made to a slightly overwhelmed mom. Thank you so much.“

“Great customer service, food is amazing and really hits the spot. Everything on the menu seems to be high quality and tasty. Most meals come with a can of soda or arizona which is great that they carry it in store. Definitely recommend to eating here.“

My sandwich was made exactly the way I asked. No complaints. They were super friendly & professional. The store was immaculate, food counters were very clean. I have been to so many Jersey Mike's in NC. They almost turned me off. Their service and food is nothing like the location in Metuchen NJ. I don't know how it works, but these group of people need to be promoted & highly paid. Whoever hand picked them. Great choice. This will be my go to store as long as they are servicing me. “Got myself italian regular sub, mike's way. The cuts, spices, veggies and juice is extremely fresh but was not the biggest fan of the wheat bread. I feel like it was a bit dry and stale. Or maybe it is that way and I prefer subway's bread better. But the jersey mike's cookie tops Subway, for sure.“

“I ate at the Monroe store today. I had never been at a Buubakoos before and did not know what to expect. I had the pork burrito and it was off the hook. The place was spotless and the service was spot on. The manager came over and introduced himself as John and asked if everything was satisfactory, and it was more than satisfactory. I have to be careful with gluten, so it is nice that they have gluten-free buns for the sandwiches, unfortunately they're gluten-free buns are vaguely tasty cardboard carriers for the meat.

*Free refills, not the healthiest option, but if you chug your sweet tea, you can get your refill when the food comes to the counter lol. I'm not saying that I've done this, but you could do this 😉“

“Came in late on a Saturday Afternoon, my wife and I were greeted by two employees Kayla and Jeremy. Rarely do I ever write reviews for places but I must say these two employees had provided such amazing service that I feel compelled to leave this here. Kayla and Jeremy were both attentative and focused on their food prep and neither were annoyed by my wife's dietary restrictions. Kayla even prepped my wife's food separately because of her dietary sensitivities, making sure to use separate spatulas, spoons etc to avoid cross contamination. It isn't often when we go out to a Mexican style restaurant and are greeted so warmly and provided such wonderful service when staff are met with our situation. Jeremy and Kayla were focused, precise and quick preparing our food and their attitudes were both respectful and kind. If you have any dietary concerns or sensitivities know you are in good hands when you stop by this Bubbakoo's Location and are assisted by either Kayla or Jeremy. We look forward to visiting this establishment again in the future.

Food was warm, even after the drive home its kept together well and was still hot following a 20 minute drive, tasted excellent and was a great reminder of why we should return on a taco tuesday.“

“I'm giving it a two only because the food is generally good. The service has often been rude, and if you show up within about a 1/2 hour of their closing time they will say that their systems are down in order to avoid working for the last little bit of the shift.

“Shake shack has really good burgers and shakes. I had a single shack burger with cheese fries and a cookie shake. I enjoyed every bit. They have self ordering which takes away from the customer service aspect but they also have a register if you have cash. My food took about 10min. It wasnt that many ppl working they were nice when handing me my food. Place looked clean. U can dine in or out. They have a patio and plenty of parking.“

“This place has easily become my go-to spot and honestly my favorite restaurant around. We order from here at least twice a week, and every single time the food shows up hot, fresh, and seriously delicious. The consistency is what really stands out. No matter what we order, it’s always high quality and clearly made with care.

At this point I’ve tried a good portion of the menu. The gyros are excellent, packed with flavor and always satisfying. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The sides are great too. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese are legit comfort food, and the fries are always hot and crispy. I’ve also had the Philly cheesesteak, which is fantastic, and most recently tried the burger. The burger was outstanding and easily one of the best takeout burgers I’ve had in the area.

What really blows me away is the value. For around $15 you can get a burger, fries, and a soda. That’s basically the price of fast food now, but the quality here is on a completely different level. You’re getting real, flavorful food that actually feels worth the money.

It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistent, this good, and this affordable. If you’re looking for great halal food that’s hot, satisfying, and one of the best deals around, this place absolutely delivers. I recommend it to everyone.“
