Just a note of feedback to reviews posted recently, no one should open the restaurant early for Chiller and, no, the potential profit is NOT there. This Ruth’s Chris location is steadfast and phenomenal. The servers are excellent, knowledgeable, and dedicated. There’s a great team in the kitchen and it’s apparent in the dining experience. One doesn’t find such a long term and tenured staff at a dining establishment without the restaurant having a good reason to be honored with such retention. Also, Kasey is absolutely beautiful, so the last reviewer is probably reacting to their own bitterness and jealousy. Long term regular here, couldn’t recommend more, and I’ll never quit. Oh, and don’t pay for parking, but do go enjoy a steak served with care and hospitality.

Well… aside from the cold meat I was served….hamburger condiments along side to decorate my filet steak sandwich???Ummmm…did we attend any culinary school??? Yes, it was cooked correctly, but they forgot to warm up my steak!! When we happen to mention to waitress…aka bartender, that never brought a third place setting, took away all water glasses while a bottle of large pellegrino sat on the table, never came back to the table after we mentioned food was cold and her immediate response was I’ll get the manager. So we sat and sat with no one coming back to table except to give a bill. Yes!! Manager walked past our table straight to her friends table…to bs…meanwhile we were never even offered the chance to order a warm dish of food. We were completely ignored like the plague… if you can’t handle being called out for cold food and cannot follow through with trying to properly feed a customer… why are you working or in business. So sad… and fyi, could care less about taking anything off the bill or getting a freebie. I was simply hungry! Manager finally came and apparently waitress never told her and guess what!!! Waitress would not even return to our table!!! How embarrassing. Just don’t go… it’s a sad situation. KASEY, If you don’t like serving tables… go back to school.

It was 12 noon Sunday April very large convention (CHILLER) called for reservations they stated that they will not open until 4 pm can they really afford to 🙂↔️ not be open with The potential of multiple 100s of customers Right outside their doors TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE NO EXCUSES

Hillary is the most wonderful server and ambassador of Ruth's Chris! I have traveled quite a bit with my job and have dined at many Ruth's Chris' across the country. This is by far my favorite location. The food is outstanding, and the service is bar none the shining star of the dining experience. Thank you, Hillary, for always making our time at your restaurant exceptional!

Great food, great service (shout out to our waiter Peter)! We go a few times a year and it's always a very enjoyable experience. Easy parking and never too crazy crowded. The entire staff is always professional and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Service was off...slow to get drinks. Steak cooked unevenly and waitress (who was doubling behind rhe bar) didnt check until 20 min later. Other staff too busy to get their attention. Almost $500 night that was definitely not worth the money. Highly disappointed...usually have a much better experience. I guess Valentines day is too much for them...perhaps don't add 30 folding 2 top tables to max amount of reservations you can take.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The food was great however our server, Robert made the meal absolutely incredible. He was one of the best servers I have had in a very long time, attentive and managing many tables at once with ease. We will definitely come back and ask for Robert!
