“There are simply not enough words to describe our joy and gratitude for having our wedding at Crystal Plaza. From the moment we stepped into the Grand Ballroom, we knew without a doubt this was the place. It is hands down the most stunning ballroom we have ever seen — elegant, timeless, and unlike anything else.
The entire team at Crystal Plaza was a dream to work with. Their professionalism was unmatched, and they clearly listened to and respected every request we made. The service throughout the process, and especially on the wedding day, was absolutely first class. Both the bride and groom were given personal attendants who took care of us every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed and could simply enjoy our day.
The food was phenomenal — even the “basic” offerings are first class and provide everything you could possibly want. Guests raved about the quality, variety, and presentation, and we felt like we were treated to a true fine-dining experience.
Beyond the ballroom, the ceremony space was just as incredible.
The glass-ceiling atrium created a naturally lit, romantic environment that made for the most beautiful ceremony. The lighting throughout Crystal Plaza — both in the ceremony space and the ballroom — is also top notch. Having a dedicated lighting engineer added a whole new dimension, transforming the ambience and elevating the entire experience.
The day-of experience was out of this world. Everything was seamless, elegant, and beyond anything we could have imagined. We will forever be grateful to Crystal Plaza for making our wedding day not just beautiful, but truly unforgettable.“
“Good afternoon FBF. Well I got about 2 hours of sleep and I am back at it again! I actually saved the most important thing that set this party aside from others... The biggest shout out to THE HANOVER MANOR. I want to thank the following individuals who made EVERYTHING possible for our events (Even our church's 180th Anniversary) Kudos to Angelo, John Tsanakos & Steve, all the staff and the maître d's for both occasions, I cannot thank you enough for all the accommodations you made that made each event spectacular. So if anyone needs a place to have an event, whether its your parents or your anniversary, weddings, birthday parties, family reunions or hell even a divorce party, I recommend The Hanover Manor in East Hanover, NJ located at 16 Eagle Rock Avenue. They not only rescued an art factory couple but literally 2 days before their events, thier caterer went mia too ! Patrick and the Wilshire were able to provide delicious foods, variety, flavor, beautifully plated, or buffet, all of it from rehearsal dinner to dessert. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. “We held a high school graduation party for my daughters in our back yard for 75 guests. American BBQ staff Dominick and Sophie showed up as scheduled and did their setup in the space we had reserved for them. Dominick proceeded to fire up the charcoal and then knocked it out of the park shortly thereafter. We went with the American BBQ menu and our guests ate to their heart’s content. Under the tent they provided, Sophie provided impeccable service to our guests as they came up for food ensuring all the essentials were readily available. She also cracked the whip on Dominick to keep the food coming at a steady pace. When time was up, they cleaned up, packed up and disappeared like they were never there. Every single one of our guests gave us positive feedback on the catering and now I’m passing that along to all who may be considering hiring this company“

“What did it take for our small wedding reception to be completely worry-free? Drew and The Fruited Plain Caterers! Having an outdoor wedding reception on October 19 on our back deck could have been "hit or miss" because of the uncertainty of the weather. But Drew connected us with the right rental company and the heated tent was AMAZING! With 25% of our guests being vegetarians we needed a caterer who could deliver deliciousness to all our guests. Drew totally hit it! We opted for a family style luncheon and got raving reviews on the quality of the food. From the first contact email 12 months ago, to the last dish put away on wedding day, we felt we were in great hands with a consummate professional. Drew was flexible enough to accommodate some of our special requests, and because we were dealing with the company owner, decision-making was straight forward. His servers were professional, efficient and friendly. My kitchen was probably cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived! And if all that wasn't enough, honesty and integrity were also a key aspect of our working with Drew. He caught a staffing level mistake on our final invoice and personally delivered a refund check for the amount we had overpaid. Now THAT's someone I will be working with again, and recommending without hesitation to all my friends!“
