My first time eating a gryo sammage was in 1976 New York City and it was the best, yesterday I made the mistake of having a platter, it was overcooked and didn't taste anything like a gryo BUT I will give this place a second chance bcoz the cheese fries where outrageously delicious
We ordered a mixed gyro platter, gyro sandwich, chicken sandwich, and a chicken salad. The salad was basic, not impressed, but everything else was amazing! Our only mistake was using door dash, which took 2hrs instead of the original 30 mins. Next time I’ll pick up the food myself. I will definitely keep ordering here! It was delicious! Their rice had the perfect amount of seasoning. I will make sure they make mine spicy next time.

I have to be honest, Kabul Kabob & Gyro came as a bit of a surprise to me. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. In fact, I've been back twice since my first visit. My usual gyro/kebab place is a popular establishment a few minutes up the road in Lake Hiawatha. I've been going there for years, and I'm still a big fan of that restaurant, but a few things mentioned in the Yelp reviews for Kabul Kabob & Gyro really made me want to give them a try.
