Wonderful server Thomas added so much to our meal. Lamb chops out of this world. My grandson has celiac disease and Thomas fully understood his needs. Just a great experience all around
This was my second visit to The Capital Grille, and the experience remains flawless. I went with the classic filet mignon paired with their mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, incredibly tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes are spectacular—so rich and creamy. The service maintains its usual gold standard: highly attentive and professional. The consistency in quality justifies the cost. Excellent!
I went this past weekend with my grandma, and it was an amazing experience. I have been to this location two times prior. The waiters were knowledgeable, attentive, and kind, namely Thomas and one other (unfortunately, I cannot remember our other waiter's name)! We were offered the Generous Pour wine tasting and I am so happy it was recommended to us - rose, sauv blanc, chardonnay, pinot, merlot, and cab sav. The pours were indeed generous.
