The restaurant is impeccable; the decor is beautiful. The staff and owner are so very polite and courteous; most important, the food is delicious and authentic, unlike many of the chain Spanish restaurants. The tostones , rice, beans, ropa vieja, monfongo and soups are all delicious and made from scratch . This restaurant is truly a gem .
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday today at Q-Ba, which has become our favorite spot since we discovered this restaurant last month. My 7 and 6 year-old granddaughters loved the food (steak, white rice and black beans). The ropa vieja is really tasty and we all love their home-made tostones, yuca frita and their special dipping sauce.We also catered our Nochebuena dinner for a party of 14. Thank you for not disappointing. My friends and I had a girls' night, and they had not known this existed. They were happy with their meals and impressed with the place.I had been here twice, and the 3rd time was still a charm.Gives the other Cuban places a run for their money.
