The manager of this store sent my friend and his service dog out because the store doesn’t allow dogs.
She CLEARLY doesn’t know the law and kept asking for the tag, which we purposely didn’t show because she was so rude. (And don’t have to as per law)
Your staff needs better training and more manners. The way she behaved was unacceptable.
Sunday 10th July 5pm. Check who was on duty. And ensure they get better manners and training!
Based on these mixed reviews, I come to the conclusion that those who commented dealt with different employees/managers.
