in the Union Ave location I go there frequently a few times a week. there's a lady there that has horrible customer service and she's rude every time I go there. At one point I went and wanted to ensure that I had enough money for my purchase so I asked her for the price first she began to make my coffee right away I didn't give her the specific order because I wanted to make sure I have the correct amount of money. she got upset at me because I asked her to add a flavor shot...read full review
