I’ve been eating at this restaurant for years, and I’ll continue to. I’m not Dominican, but you can’t tell me that, lol. The owner has always treated me with nothing but respect. And let me tell you. The baked chicken is the 💣.
When we lived nearby, my family and I would frequently visit this eatery. We now make an effort to visit this restaurant at least once when we are all in New Jersey. The cuisine is classic Dominican goodness. I love the stew chicken, roast chicken, ribs, chicken and pigeon peas and red beans. All are delicious. My Mom loves the octopus salad.
I've been going to Ensueno for 26 years.. whenever I'm in the area I make sure to stop by and pick up alot of food so we can enjoy it and still have leftovers. Rice, beans, tostones, sweet plantains, chicken, steak with onions, salad... we love it!!!
