I traveled far to come try their vegan ice cream and once I asked the worker which one was the flavor I was considering he said he had no idea. So when I asked for another flavor I was interested in, he said he had no idea. This was terrible customer service. I left without anything because the employee had no idea what products they sell. Terrible. The managers should hire competent staff and re-train employees who actually know what they are selling.
