I just love Peruvian food and since I moved down south it's hard to find so when I come to NJ this be the first food I be ready for !!! The Jalea was so fresh and crispy you could tell the oil was clean the onion salad was perfect and went so well with the dish and definitely one of the best Chichas I had in a while !!!! Go get uuuu some
