“After a day of thrifting, I looked up best restaurants near my location, and stumbled upon this incredible restaurant. It’s no frills, but truly incredible food and service. The staff were so kind and ensured we had everything we needed. My table ordered theceviche, lomo saltado, and some sausage and potato appetizers.Great price point, and a little gem in Paterson. “The food is excellent, I ordered a personal size Ceviche (Ceviche d Pescado). The seasoning was very good and the ceviche was just right. “They are really excellent, the food is very good, the service is very excellent, a very good place to go to eat, it is quiet and it is very cheap. The only problem is that they do not prepare any type of cocktail, no alcohol, perhaps that is why not many people go, but apart from that That's why the service is first class....“
“I just love Peruvian food and since I moved down south it's hard to find so when I come to NJ this be the first food I be ready for !!! The Jalea was so fresh and crispy you could tell the oil was clean the onion salad was perfect and went so well with the dish and definitely one of the best Chichas I had in a while !!!! Only reason why I give you 4 stars it’s 16.62 for a small plate that barely had any mean although it tasted wonderful. Also rice was hard seemed like it was being switched but for a surprise visit good job.“

“This is one of the eateries I visit when in town. Although I don’t live in Paterson anymore Paterson hands down has some of the best food. The food here is always worth it, I always have leftovers.Pros: Reasonable pricing, large portion sizes and the food is consistently delicious.Cons: Parking is crappy, it’s meter parking and all the parking spots are always taken.Parking: Don’t double park it’s dangerous because cars like to fly down the street and officers are out to give tickets.“
“What I didn't like is that in the payment ticket they charge you a tip of 7 dollars and I believe that a tip is voluntary if I want I give it as long as I have good attention and service and I don't give it if I don't have good attention and service because they have to demand the tip from you, that is terrible for restaurants.“

This has to be the best aji de gallina I’ve ever had here in the states, of course nothing can beat having it in Peru. The owner remembered my dad and that I was with him our first time coming to this restaurant. She even remembered exactly what I ordered! “
