The place is clean, the service personnel are careless or inexperienced, I went many times and always gave the order incomplete or wrong.
African American drive thru employee is very kind !
I had a great experience at this McDonald’s. Even though some of the menu options and ordering choices were different from what I’m used to in Canada, the staff were incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Elijah, who was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had a positive experience.

McDonald's provides varying experiences to its customers. The staff offer excellent service, taking orders efficiently and having drinks ready promptly. Some customers have been disappointed with the food, specifically the quarter pounder with cheese, which has undergone changes, including a different bun and cheese that tastes like plastic. Management has also been a letdown, with pre-packaged cold fries being served at times. The restaurant has been remodeled and is spacious and walkable, with updated restrooms. The ladies at the register and window provide friendly service. One of the card readers from the Kiosk machines is still not working, and the soda machines are gone. The atmosphere is nice, and it can get very crowded at times.
