I attended a scholarship event today and was slightly disappointed. I have been to the Brownstone several times over the years and this was the first time I felt as if the staff did not want to be here. The customer service was definitely missing.
We had a wonderful experience.The venue was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our event, making sure everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was welcoming, and our guests had a great time. We received many compliments on the venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to host a special occasion. Thank you for helping make our event memorable!
It’s a hit or miss here - depends on who you’re dealing with. Most time the food is good but the service, not so much. Tried to alter a reservation because someone was sick and they wouldn’t accommodate me.
