“Great little deli with hot food and places to sit. Perfect place to grab lunch after visiting nearby Willowwood Arboretum or any other local attraction. The food was tasty, served quickly by a friendly staff. We had a pork roll on a hard roll and a Reuben. Both were good.“

“One of the best Italian delis in central NJ! I have tried roast beef, tuna salad and chicken salad sandwiches. They come in big portions and good for more than one meal. The ingredients are very fresh. I customize my subs with balsamic flavor and just taste soooo good!“

“This place is a treasure. It's on a back road in a sleepy little town, but I just love the place. The food quality is mint. The owner is patient and friendly. it's kind of like a picnic area indoors, but there are maybe four tables on the front porch that rock in the Spring and Fall for those of us who detest the hot weather. The worst thing I can say about the place is it's a little pricey, but it's worth every cent. There is a big sign on Route 22 that says DELI in front of what I believe is a post office, but I've never been in there. I'm surprised anybody ever hears about it. You want to promote the place, but then it wouldn't be your little secret either would it? Whenever I see my eye doctor or have business east of Whitehouse near the lunch hour I always make it my business to get in there. It's not nearly often enough. I generally get the tuna melt with tomatoes or the reuben, but today I had the best cheeseburger club I can ever remember. The place just rocks. End of story...“

“we've lived about a 15 minute walk away for over 27 years. this place has never gone down in quality. my son grew up loving the Reuben's and now lives in CA and still heads there for a Reuben whenever he comes home. It's his first food stop on his eating tour of NJ every trip. Honestly, every sandwich we've had is fantastic and good value in a small, overpriced town. Impressed with the consistency. It isn't fancy but the quality is there.“

“You simply can't call this joint a grocery store! It's a compact gourmet Italian market/sandwich shop/catering space/coffee break. Ordered 2 Artista salads for lunch - 1 with sliced grilled chicken, 1 with sliced breaded chicken on the side. That salad was so fresh, light, filling and really delicious with the vinaigrette dressing. The rustic croutons added substance and a nice crunchy contrast to the leafy arugula. Assuming the croutons were made at the shop. A very nice change from the "normal" salads in the area. I think I found my local go-to spot!Also a spontaneous splurge on the twice-baked biscotti! Sizeable portion, not too dense and delightfully crispy. I didn't feel so guilty eating so many as they were not overly sweet. Would have gone great with coffee! “I came in at 4:25 and they were closing at 4:30. They were kind enough to make me a sandwich and it did not disappoint. I ordered a grilled chicken with mozarella with peppers and balsamic panning. The sandwich was amazing and the pickle that was included was even better. So glad I discovered this spot. One of the best sandwiches I have came across in NJ. Skip the franchise sandwiches and go to Steck's. I will definitely be back soon. The German chocolate cake was a nice topper.“

“This Family owned business has been a center piece of Mt Freedom/Randolph for many years. Their chicken salad (the best around), hot dinner/lunch (Salmon, chicken, etc... all great), refrigerated prepared meals & awesome bakery goods are just a small sample. As they also have a butcher & a Seafood department.But after this morning I needed to praise the commitment to their customer's.I called at 7am to have them hold 1/2 dozen dinner rolls. Noooo... all gone? Deli needed them. Now what? There are no longer many Bakery stores in Morris County, but this is going to add an hour drive time ?I just got a call back, "how many do you need?" No way, I'm impressed....Now that's customer service. Thank you Burrini's for making me feel that no matter how small the order, I'm important.And FYI I never gave my name so it wasn't me, it was all them.Great job Burrini's!?“
