Even the mac and cheese is baked and delicious which is rare coming from a caribbean restaurant. whoever is back there cooking went to a very good culinary school at least I assume. “Rays Subs are always on point. Food always tastes fresh and you can tell they take their time preparing each order. I normaly place an order for pickup and they always have the food ready within 5-10mins. As soon as you go in the store you feel welcome, everyone is friendly and their service is prompt. I got a char burger the first time and then the double char burger the second. I got them both without onions and they listened. The portions definitely reflect the price--I always have leftovers when I order a lamb platter. It's definitely more of quantity over quality leaning but delicious for the type of food I'd expect from a casual place like this. I get their wings regularly and they always do more than you order because they're on the smaller side and they're decent enough wings. I love lamb so thats another reco. Service is great. Usually a friendly guy behind the counter and they just did a salad swap for rice for me today, no objections. Ambiance is casual sports joint?
