“I've been searching for the past year or more for a good traditional breakfast place.
I landed at Palmer Diner. From the intersection of 248 at the Palmer Park mall, it is hidden by gas station at the light.
The minute I walked in, I was shocked at how small and cozy with small bench seat individual seating areas as well as a small upfront counter with stool seating. I look around and the floor and it is the cleanest place you will visit.
Waitress is immediately attending to your requests and the food is really, really good. Even homemade potatoes the way it was always offered.
The linked sausage is truly unique in looks and great taste....like homemade.
Coffee is good and a small carafe left at table for refilling or topping off anytime you need.
Prices are so reasonable compared to other breakfast restaurants.
I would highly recommend a and don't be taken back or leave if you see the only 4-parking spots out front. Drive along the right side of building as you face it and find plenty more parking! You'll actually be behind the Jiffy Lube business. Owner is cook and this location been here longer than my age.

“This is now our favorite diner in the lehigh valley. The food came out fast and hot. Everything was wonderful! Our waitress was a delight. Im bringing my parents in over the weekend. The only issue was that you don't have many sides to pick from. I changed my order because of that and picked breakfast. Which was outstanding! Thank you for great food, great service. The home fries were so hard and dry they were not edible (obviously left over from the breakfast crowd). Two hours later I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Wednesday (5 days later which is incubation time for COVID) I tested positive. I will NEVER go there again!“
