I wanted to let people know where they can get a great affordable hot dog and service is quick. You can call ahead or order at the counter when you arrive. I was looking for a doggy stand since Phillipsburg hasn't had one in a while. I'm so glad I thought of them but everyone just thinks great steak sandwiches. Since I've discovered their dogs I've been getting them once a week. Enjoy!

Just tried Joe’s Steak Shop and holy shit… I’m actually in love with this place 😭🔥

Everything was INSANELY good. The cheesesteak was packed, juicy, and loaded with flavor—like every bite hit. The bread was perfect, soft but still holding everything together, no mess, just straight perfection.

The loaded fries??? Crazy. Covered in chili and cheese and just straight comfort food, I couldn’t stop eating them.

I lived in Allentown for 4 years. my ex-girlfriend grew up and peapack. even when we lived in Florida where we met she would still talk about Joe's steaks. it took me about 25 years of our friendship to finally get there and even having ulcerative colitis and not being able to eat red meat anymore I would gladly fly up just for one of Joe's steak subs
