“We got food from them the other day and everyone in my family loved it. We ordered margarita pizza and my kids said it was the best they ever had. The baked manicotti was really good. The broccoli and cheese calzone was amazing, especially when dipped into the sauce. The Mac and cheese balls were delicious. The fries for me were a little too salty, but everyone else said they tasted really good. Can’t wait to be in their area again so we can order more food from them.“

“We’ve ordered a few times. The pizza has always been stellar. It’s become our go to whenever we get the craving. The chicken parms can be inconsistent. Never bad, but sometimes crazy good. Feel like on some orders they could have cooked the cutlet longer (can tell by color) or maybe the breading is different? I give that a pass though because the pizza is so good.“

“Flew in for a work trip this week and we decided to order Gencarelli's Pine Brook last minute through UberEats. I took these photos midway through the meal. Being a vegetarian, and without seeing clear labeling on their menu, I called the restaurant ahead of time to find out what was safe to order. The guy I chatted with (possibly the Manager, Walter?) was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure he got me the right info for dishes, and communicated with the cook after we ordered to avoid any mix-ups. All of the food (cheese ravioli with parmesan, garlic sauteed spinach, beet salad, plain rolls) was fresh and the quality was exceptional. Portions were large and I was able to eat on them for a couple days. The plain cheesecake was literally the best I've ever had in my life. 🙌 I'm still dreaming about it and wish I could have it shipped to TX. I definitely recommend Gencarelli's Pine Brook for a delicious night out or even a relaxing night in. Can't wait for my next visit to NJ!“

The crust was perfectly baked with just the right balance of crisp and chew, the sauce was full of flavor, and the cheese was melted perfectly. “We love Jimmy Tomato's. My husband and I are vegan and they will make all the Indian vegetarian pies vegan. The veggies are exceptionally good crisp and perfect. I can't stand what veggies past their prime. I will not eat and never go back. The freshness of the veggies is top notch. Be forewarned the Indian pies are very spicy! Kids love their traditional pies. I have had them as well and they are good Roman pizza pies.“

“Don’t sleep on this restaurant on Bloomfield Ave. The space is notoriously awkward and the storefront is not that appealing from the outside but this is some of the best food in town. Roasted mushroom appetizer was some of the best I’ve had. For two people, order a pasta and a pizza (both to share) and it’s great meal. Tonight we had the shrimp and spaghetti and the sausage pizza, both delicious. Been here 4 times this year and it’s consistently good food.“

“I like this place. It's not the best Italian restaurant, but the food is solid and the service was good. The prices are about the same as most other local restaurant. The night we went i wasn't too hungry so i decided to order the grilled chicken pannini because i thought it would be on the lighter side and not too filling. It was huge and very good. I would go back just for that. I tried a slice of the pizza which was thin crust and that darkened cheese style that seems to be popular around here. It was pretty good but not a standout like the pannini. My only negative about the experience was the drain flies. There were several in the bathroom and some had made their way to the dining room. That is the reason for minus one stars. Overall i recommend this place.“

It's close to the Willowbrook Mall, and significantly less expensive than the food and drink options you'll find there. So imagine our surprise yesterday when we stopped into A Legna Wood Fired Pizza and after the VERY first bite, we looked at each other and just smiled.

This Margherita pizza was hands down the BEST pizza we’ve had in New Jersey, and trust me, we’ve tried pizza spots all over the state!
